Reply to topic

The forum.replyToTopic method on a Client instance makes a POST request to the forums/topics/{topic}/reply endpoint and returns a forum post.

Warning: This endpoint is not tested, you may or may not run into unexpected behavior.

topic	number		ID of the topic to reply to
options	ReplyToTopicOptions

body	string		Content of the reply
